You can return your VPN pass within 1 week, no questions asked, provided it has not incurred significant bandwidth usage. The VPN pass will be revoked and we will add 1 credit back to your balance. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the Cloak Engaged service, we will refund your credits back to your original payment method, no questions asked, provided they were purchased within the last 6 months.

Cloak Engaged Credits

Cloak Engaged uses a credit system instead of subscriptions. 1 credit costs $1.99. A credit can be used to get a new VPN pass, which will be valid for 1 month. You can also use a credit to renew a pass, which extends its validity by a month. Credits do not expire.

These credits can only be used within the Cloak Engaged service. They cannot be traded, and cannot be redeemed for anything else, and are not recognized by other entities. These credits are a form of internal credit exclusive to this service. They do not hold any monetary value.
