By subscribing to Cloak Engaged, you agree not to use the VPN for anything malicious. You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for your use of the VPN, and you agree to hold us harmless from any claims whatsoever. Basically, we will not be liable for any of your usage that goes against applicable rules or regulations, this liability is exclusively your own.
We welcome you to share your subscription with family and friends by giving them any passes you don't use, provided their VPN usage isn't that heavy.
Remember, you can put a pass on multiple devices, but they won't work simultaneously, so better to just put one pass on one device. Once you give a pass to someone, try not to use that pass yourself, for the same reason. Remind them not to torrent, unless you are giving them your grandline pass.
You may torrent as long as it's on the grandline pass, that's what it was designed for.
